Interact with an actor or actors during the hunt. Our "living clue" actors not only up the action and increase the team challenge, they can also integrate your company's products and services. Let our "theatrics" option bring alive your company's story and current issues.
- Team-Effectiveness Profile(for groups of 10 or less)
Have a small, ongoing team that really wants to boost its long-term productivity? The Team-Effectiveness Profile (TEP) provides a highly efficient and accurate assessment of a teamıs effectiveness. Our partner, Quantum Teams, created this diagnostic tool by researching best practices of highly effective teams. All team members individually fill out a brief, confidential survey. Team members review and discuss the results in a one hour teleconference led by Quantum Teams. In this session the team discusses critical next steps to increase their performance. The TEP session can be scheduled prior to the Treasure Hunt, with the results incorporated into the Treasure Hunt. Alternately, team coaching can follow after the Treasure Hunt experience, further integrating the learning from the TEP.
